We are Europe's largest platform for Charge Point Operators (CPOs) and Electronic Mobility Service Providers (eMSPs). We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our international team based in a beautiful office in the historic center of Rotterdam.

Our SaaS solutions connect continuously with hundreds of thousands of Charge Points and service nearly a million EV Drivers. We are running high traffic, high load environments in a rapidly changing market requiring constant and rapid innovation.

As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a talented Technical Writer to join our dynamic team in Rotterdam.

Your role

As a Technical Writer at LMS, you’ll work on a mix of developer-facing documentation and user-facing interface content. You’ll explain complex systems in a straightforward way, helping our users—from developers to partners and customers—understand how to use our platform. You’ll work closely with engineers, product managers, designers, and support teams to build a consistent content experience across all touchpoints.

We’re looking for someone who can structure complex topics, ask the right questions, explore the product hands-on, and take ownership of documentation quality. You should be comfortable writing for a tech-savvy audience and be curious about how things work under the hood.

Your Main Responsibilities Are

• Write and maintain documentation for APIs, integrations, onboarding, and troubleshooting.
• Create in-product microcopy, including button labels, error messages, tooltips, and onboarding flows.
• Collaborate with developers, designers, product managers, and stakeholders to translate complex concepts into clear, actionable content.
• Contribute to and help maintain content guidelines for tone, voice, and style consistency.
• Take initiative to understand technical features—exploring the product, testing functionality, and asking questions.
• Structure and organize content logically to help users find information and understand how to act on it.
• Support internal and external users with up-to-date, accurate documentation.
• Stay current with best practices in technical writing, UX writing, and developer experience.
  
  

You recognize yourself in:

• 3–5 years of experience as a Technical Writer, UX Writer, or similar role
• Comfortable writing for a tech-savvy audience, including developers and engineers.
• Able to translate complex systems into structured, clear, and helpful content.
• Experience with API documentation
• Comfortable exploring tools and platforms hands-on and figuring out how they work.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across different disciplines.
• Familiar with working in agile development environments.
• Fluent in English (this is an English-first role).
• Bonus: Working knowledge of Dutch, German, or French.
• Bonus: Experience with SaaS platforms, energy tech, or developer tools.
