Develop content in alternative media forms for maximum usability, with a consistent voice across all :
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Humanities/communications, or relevant technical field.
A firm understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and DDLC (Document Development Life Cycle).
Previous experience in software product development teams.
Experience in using any of the Documentation Platforms, Markdown Language Tools.
Experience in creating marketing content such as demo scripts, brochures, and white papers.
Experience with creative writing is an added advantage.
Good to have exposure to programming or Application Development.
Create and maintain clear, comprehensive documentation for technical products like Spring, Java, Angular, and Bootstrap, ensuring ease of use for developers and end-users.
Develop training materials, tutorials, and guides to effectively educate users on technical topics and product features.
4+ years of experience as an effective technical writer.
Proven ability to quickly learn and understand complex subject matter.
Experience in writing Software product documentation and procedure manuals for various audiences.
Excellent written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Good to have exposure to Programming or Application Development using Java.
Ability to handle multiple products simultaneously.
