Our work depends on Technical Editor joining our team to complete our agile team delivery model. **JOB PROFILE SUMMARY (INTERNAL REFERENCE ONLY):** Responsibilities: Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather and understand technical information. Perform analysis to understand the current state of the system Write and edit technical documentation including knowledge articles and system documentation to reflect the current state Organize and present information in a structured and easily digestible format for various audiences. Ensure accuracy, consistency, and clarity in all documentation. Update existing documentation to reflect changes in technology, products, or processes. **WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:** Qualifications: Strong understanding of information technology concepts, systems, and processes. Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
