Summary

The Technical Writer is responsible for developing and maintaining software release documentation for WellSky solution and services. The scope of this role includes creating software documentation, maintaining proprietary software expertise, and distributing internal communication. Key Responsibilities: * Develop, edit, publish, and maintain a variety of documentation types that are well organized, accurate, grammatically correct, and adhere to internal styles and formatting. * Participate in the installation, access, and use of documentation software. * Interact with subject matter experts to gather information and develop content delivery timelines. * Perform other job duties as assigned. Required Qualifications: * Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience * At least 2-4 years relevant work experience * Knowledge of technical documentation tools, standards, practices, and repositories * Strong analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues and problem solve independently * Desire to innovate and improve upon current processes * Ability to work in team-driven and agile development environments Preferred Qualifications: * Experience with MadCap Flare, Confluence, Salesforce, Pendo, and Jira * Experience working in healthcare or with electronic medical records (EMRs) or other healthcare software products * Previous experience working with AI tools Job Expectations: * Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed * Must work in accordance with applicable security policies and procedures to safeguard company and client information * Must be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time #LI-GG1 WellSky is where independent thinking and collaboration come together to create an authentic culture.
