Title: Technical Writer IV

Location: Austin, TX (hybrid Tues-Thurs in office)

Contract: 6+ months

Description:

Our teams build firmware frameworks for use by other internal teams across Apple. As the number of our internal clients has grown, we've realized a need to help us scale through improving documentation and getting started content. Our developers will create raw content, and then we need someone to help us organize, edit and publish that content to enable our clients. That likely includes:

• Working with our developers to gather raw content
• Organizing content across 3-4 teams
• Editing raw content for readability and usability
• Converting hand drawn content to digital formats
• Publishing content using internal and third-party tools
• Gathering feedback from client teams for further improvements
