We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Writer to join our team in supporting government cloud infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in documentation and development as part of a large enterprise, as well as strong experience with a variety of IT and documentation frameworks.

As a Technical Writer, You Will

Develop and maintain documentation for enterprise IT infrastructure, security policies, and operational procedures.

Create SOPs for data center management, system patching, compliance enforcement, and disaster recovery.

Document change, configuration, and problem management workflows.

Develop end-user guides for automation tools such as Ansible and Morpheus Data.

Maintain version-controlled repositories for infrastructure documentation.

Support IT Lab knowledge base and training materials for new technologies.

Ensure documentation aligns with federal compliance standards and industry best practices.

Requirements

Excellent technical writing and documentation skills.

Experience with IT documentation frameworks.

Knowledge of Red Hat Satellite Server, Ansible, Morpheus Data.

Familiarity with compliance requirements (NIST, FISMA).

2+ years of experience in similar roles
