We are looking for a technical writer with a strong background in enterprise software. 

Are you great at making complex tech easy to understand? We're looking for a Technical Writer with a strong background in enterprise software to help us craft clear, user-friendly documentation that empowers our users and supports our product teams.

What you’ll do:

• Create and maintain high-quality user guides, manuals, and technical documentation for enterprise software products
• Break down complex technical concepts into content that’s easy to follow
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and customer teams to gather information and align on documentation needs
• Interact with enterprise customers to understand real-world use cases and tailor content accordingly

What you bring:

• Experience writing for enterprise software or SaaS platforms
• Strong communication skills – written and verbal
• Ability to grasp and explain complex workflows clearly
• A collaborative mindset and attention to detail
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field
