We are looking for a detail-oriented Technical Writer with at least 2 years of experience to create and maintain high-quality documentation for our products. The ideal candidate will collaborate with Product Managers (PMs), Marketing, and Engineering teams to develop clear and concise technical content, ensuring a seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with Product Managers (PMs) to create technical assets and documents as new features are released.
Work closely with the Marketing team to provide documentation for marketing material development.
Develop feature guides and maintain technical documentation in Confluence and our Zoho knowledge base.
Create installation guides for installable products to assist users with setup and deployment.
Maintain and update all documentation to ensure accuracy, consistency, and clarity.
Required Skills
2+ years of experience as a Technical Writer in the software/IT industry.
Strong understanding of technical documentation, user guides, and installation manuals.
Proficiency in documentation tools like Confluence, Zoho, MS Word, and Google Docs.
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly content.
Experience in working with cross-functional teams, including PMs, Developers, and Marketing.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Basic knowledge of Markdown, HTML, or other technical writing formats (preferred).
Preferred Skills
Experience with API documentation and technical content structuring.
Basic knowledge of Markdown, HTML, or CMS tools.
Exposure to version control tools (Git, Jira, etc.).
