Our customers Press About the role Currently, we are seeking an experienced Technical Writer to join our growing team. This individual will focus on Software Documentation and play a key role in helping us scale this vertical within the Product Organization. Your day to day (Responsibilities) Work with product managers, UX, engineers, and customer support to develop excellent documentation for a variety of audiences. Deliver clear, concise, and well-structured documentation such as API reference docs, conceptual and task-based feature guides, tutorials, and release notes. Advocate for the developer experience, reducing friction points with excellent documentation. Design, draft and edit both internal and external technical and process documentation. Review, edit, and update existing documentation Update technical guides and product screenshots. Must haves: Experience writing and managing content with CMS authoring tools. Ability to plan and research to understand the technical details of new products and features to create original technical documentation. Experience with common languages/frameworks like HTML, Markdown, JavaScript, CSS, and JSON. Experience writing for globalisation and accessibility. Nice to haves: Ability to work independently in a fast-changing environment.
