Reporting to the Director of Software Development, the Technical Writer role is a position in the Experian D2C Analytics team that supports writing and submitting analytics requirements for new projects and enhancements. A Technical Writer works closely with stakeholders across technology, product, analytics, quality assurance, and implementation teams to submit requirements that instruct delivery teams to send signals that track important customer behaviors on our website, mobile apps, and more.
Our Analytics team is focused on understanding strategic goals, relating goals to measurable KPIs, and delivering relevant insights that promote performance improvements. As a Technical Writer, you will be critical to ensuring that the Analytics team has the right data to report on performance, create predictive models, and make data-driven decisions. You will collaborate with a tight-knit team to resolve the challenges of stakeholders across the business. You are detail-oriented, take pride in the quality of your work.
