Red Chilli Solutions is looking for technical writers to work on a contract with our client, SAP Labs India. Requirements are:

• Full-time contract
• 3-8 years of experience
• We have 2 positions
• One is remote working - you can be located anywhere in India
• One is onsite from the SAP campus in Whitefield, Bangalore
• Immediate joiner

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

• Create structured multi-media user assistance content, such as product documentation, graphics, and videos 
• Ensure the quality of the content by adhering to standards and guidelines 
• Research and define technical and business terminology 
• Work in a cross-functional team with developers and product owners, as well as other user assistance developers 
• Show strong customer focus 
• Interested in extending knowledge in related business processes 
• Deliver superior results by handling tasks with enthusiasm and personal commitment. 
• Build future-proof products using state-of-the-art technologies
