Summary

Description We are looking for a talented Technical Writer to join our team in Atlanta, Georgia. In this role, you will focus on creating clear and comprehensive documentation to support our supply chain planning and automation platform. Your work will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate complex technical concepts into user-friendly materials, ensuring accuracy and usability for diverse audiences. Responsibilities: - Develop and update a variety of technical documents, including solution design guides, user manuals, and integration references, tailored for both internal teams and external users. - Collaborate with software developers, product managers, and architects to document technical workflows, system configurations, and integration processes. - Translate complex technical and functional information into clear, concise, and easily understandable content for a wide range of stakeholders. - Ensure consistency in terminology, style, and formatting across all documentation produced. - Proofread and edit materials to maintain high standards of accuracy, clarity, and usability. - Maintain version control and organize documentation repositories for seamless access by team members and clients. - Regularly update documentation to reflect product updates, enhancements, and new features. - Research and implement best practices in technical writing to improve the quality and effectiveness of documentation. - Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in supply chain technology to enhance content relevance. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field. - Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical writing, preferably in software or supply chain industries. - Proven expertise in documenting software platforms, APIs, and technical solutions. - Proficiency with documentation tools such as Confluence, MadCap Flare, Microsoft Word, or similar platforms. - Familiarity with version control systems like Git. - Strong analytical skills and the ability to simplify complex information for diverse audiences. - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail. - Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
