Responsibilities
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Technical Writer in Atlanta, GA. Summary: The Operations Team is looking for a Tech Writer to support the documentation of the Rental process for all technical, operational, and field Teams. The Tech Writer will support the documentation of all SOPs associated with rental process and will partner with Rental SME as well as asset protection. Project Overview:
- Goal is to document operational processes for field technicians (not technical documentation)
- Focus on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process documentation
- Existing SOPs will be provided for review to give a foundational understanding of the business (e.g., field management processes)
- Collaboration with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and field leaders to ensure alignment
- The writer will help document processes for and with field leaders
- Use of tools: DispatchMe, Microsoft D365, FrameMaker
- Will be documenting processes such as equipment repair workflows, technician productivity monitoring, reporting procedures, and asset protection (e.g., theft protocols)

- Adaptable - comfortable working with ambiguity and evolving needs
- Writing samples preferred
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
