Technical Writerthat is a self-starter, works independently, customer focused, experienced with capturing, documenting and tracking customer requirements across multiple teams and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Translate customer needs into well-defined requirements
The candidate will assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking documentation work to meet client deliverables.
Publish and maintain templates for written documentation produced by others (technical specifications, change control templates, confluence product pages, etc..) to maintain a consistent look and feel.
Present various documentation to stakeholders pertaining to operational readiness and other business areas as needed.
Create and process change control documentation, working under tight timelines to ensure overall project success.
Required Qualifications
Strong written and verbal communications and experience working with content in multiple mediums
Experience working cross-departmentally to communicate requirements
