• Develop, write, and edit training documents, like user manuals, guides, and technical specifications, ensuring clear and consistent content.
• Create compelling and informative training videos that effectively convey technical information to diverse audiences.
• Ensure all documentation and videos consistently align with company standards and branding guidelines.
• Regularly update and maintain documentation to reflect the latest software enhancements and new features.
• Contribute to the development of online training modules and e-learning materials.
• Review and gather feedback from stakeholders to continuously improve document quality.
• Stay informed with the latest industry trends and best practices in technical writing and training development.

The right person has…

• Proven experience as a Technical Writer, ideally within the software development or automotive sectors.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency with documentation tools, such as Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and video editing software.
• The ability to decode complex technical information into simple, digestible content.
• Strong organizational skills, with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with software development processes and methodologies is advantageous.
• Experience with e-learning platforms and online training development is preferred.
• A Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
