We’re looking for a Technical Website Implementor to bring our web designs to life and ensure our website functions flawlessly across platforms and devices. This role bridges the gap between design and development—ideal for someone who’s detail-oriented, technically adept, and passionate about smooth, scalable digital experiences.

Collaborating with the marketing team, you will provide input into design and implement intuitive, visually appealing, and user-centric digital experiences. Reporting to Director of Marketing, you will play a key role in developing the next generation of our digital presence and website experience.

What You Will Do:

• Implement SEO best practices, schema markup, and analytics/tracking tags (e.g., GA4, GTM, LinkedIn Insight, HubSpot tracking, etc.).
• Integrate third-party tools and platforms into Webflow (e.g., CRM forms, HubSpot, Salesforce, Zapier, Google Tag Manager, LinkedIn Insight tags, analytics tracking).
• Optimize site performance for speed, Core Web Vitals, SEO technical health, and on-page SEO best practices.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility, mobile responsiveness, and optimal page speed performance.
• Work closely with design, marketing, and product teams to align web builds with business goals and campaign needs
• Manage landing page builds, and A/B test implementations.
• Troubleshoot technical website issues and maintain site health (e.g., fixing broken links, image optimizations, plug-in conflicts).

What You Need to Be Successful:

• BA/BS degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Business or equivalent working experience
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design principles
• 2–3+ years hands-on experience building websites in Webflow.
• Experience working with CMS Collections, custom fields, and dynamic content.
• Experience integrating third-party tools such as CRM forms, chat widgets, or analytics platforms.
• Experience in SaaS, Finance, or B2B is a plus
• 3+ years of work experience with user-centered and user-interface design
• 3+ years of work experience with responsive website development/ maintenance
• Ability to debug issues and work independently on implementation.
• Experience with web performance optimization (Core Web Vitals, Lighthouse)
• Familiarity with SEO technical factors (crawlability, meta structures, sitemap, etc.).
• Familiarity with technical SEO fundamentals (meta tags, alt text, sitemap, robots.txt, redirects)
• Must be up-to-date with latest UI/UX trends, technologies, and design practices
• Knowledge and understanding of user stories, user issues, and ways of enhancement
