• Design, and deliver technical training courses to IAM customers and internal sales
• Propose& Build appropriate material for training ( product and service information)
• Advise customers on technical prodduct data and facts
• Provide techincal servince on the phone or on site to customers
• Visit distributors/partshop/workshops to solve product replacment issues with products
  
  

Scope of the Job：

• Theoritical training about TMD brands and product at distributor level
• Proactical exercise training and problem solving about product replacement
• Create training and techincal service material for customers to increase customers' satisfactory
  
  

Professional Background：

1，Braking industry background;

2，More than 10 years working experience of Product management, Aftermarket is plus

3，Strong communication and problems solving skill
