Key Responsibilities * Develop and implement technical training programs aligned with organizational goals. * Design course content to address company objectives and employee skill development. * Create training schedules and classroom agendas. * Develop a comprehensive online training program using LMS tools. * Prepare training materials (presentations, worksheets, etc.). * Organize and facilitate training events, webinars, and workshops in group and individual settings. * Track and report training progress, attendance, and feedback. * Evaluate training effectiveness and implement continuous improvements. Requirements & Qualifications * Proven experience as a trainer in a manufacturing or service industry. * Knowledge of modern training techniques and tools in technical subjects. * Experience designing course content for mechanical-related positions. * Hands-on experience with LMS platforms (ExpertusONE preferred). * Ability to create engaging training content, including video-based learning (Synthesia). * Strong proficiency in MS Office (especially PowerPoint). * Excellent public speaking, communication, and organizational skills. * Degree in a relevant technical field. * CTT+ (Certified Technical Trainer) or CPTM certification preferred.
