Position Overview

We are looking for a Technical Test Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automation frameworks and test scripts that ensure the functionality and reliability of complex web applications and integrations, including Salesforce platforms.

You will collaborate closely with development, QA, and DevOps teams to implement best practices in automation, oversee testing processes end-to-end, and help ensure seamless delivery across global software projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks (Data-Driven, Keyword-Driven) for web and Salesforce applications.
• Build and run smoke, functional, and regression test suites to validate critical workflows.
• Automate RESTful API testing using tools like Rest Assured, Postman, or Ready API.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Manage test code with GitHub, GitLab, or Azure Repos.
• Analyze test results, identify root causes, and report actionable defects.
• Maintain reliable and scalable test environments and data.
• Validate data using SQL across relational databases (MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle).

Qualifications

• Solid experience in test automation and reusable framework development.
• Strong hands-on skills in Selenium WebDriver with Java and TestNG or Cucumber (BDD).
• Proficiency with version control tools (GitHub, GitLab, Azure Repos) and SQL.
• Good communication skills in English (B2 level or higher).

Bonus: Experience automating Salesforce and RESTful APIs using Robot Framework with Python.
