What You'll Do

As a Technical Team Lead, you’ll take a leading role in designing, building, and maintaining robust, scalable systems across the stack. You’ll be responsible for architectural decisions, technical mentoring, code and PR reviews, and ensuring high standards in code quality and performance.

You’ll collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver features that align with both technical excellence and business needs. You’ll help guide the team with a broad view of the codebase, best practices, and long-term maintainability.

Requirements:

Who You Are

• 6+ years of experience in software development, with strong expertise in React, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Backend experience with .NET, Node.js, or Python.
• At least 2 years in a technical leadership role, with experience mentoring engineers, conducting code/PR reviews, and driving architectural decisions.
• Deep understanding of modern JavaScript (ES6+), responsive design, and CSS methodologies (e.g., preprocessors like Sass or LESS).
• Proven track record of building and maintaining component-based architecture and design systems.
• Experience with state management tools like Redux, MobX, or React Context API.
• Familiarity with frontend testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress).
• Strong grasp of performance optimization, scalability, and maintainability principles.
• Passionate about clean code and best practices, with a business-oriented mindset – you understand how your technical decisions impact users and product goals.
• Comfortable leading in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

• Familiarity with Storybook, Figma, and design systems.
