Summary

We’re hiring a Technical Support Specialist to join a growing team at a leading international software company. This is a fantastic opportunity to build your technical career in a collaborative, multilingual environment supporting clients across Europe.


What you'll do:

  • Be the first line of support for technical issues via Zoho Desk, Jira, or similar platforms
  • Troubleshoot Level 1 incidents across OS, web, networking, and database layers
  • Escalate issues and work with Development, QA, and Product teams to resolve them
  • Create and maintain clear documentation to grow our internal and external knowledge base
  • Deliver an excellent support experience in Spanish, English, and German


What you bring:

  • 1–2 years in a similar technical support role
  • Familiarity with systems like Windows/macOS/Linux, basic SQL, and VPN/networking
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • Native/advanced Spanish, fluent English and German required
