Job description

This is an opportunity for a full-time job in which You will have the opportunity to deploy your knowledge where it's needed.

Provide support on the Client Windows platform, for desktop/end-user technologies, collaboration tools, and mobile technologies and printing, this includes laptop/mobile devices, video conferencing,

network/remote access this position works collaboratively with the Service Desk for end user break/fix and

other support functions


Requirements:

Visa status: Unrestricted work permit in Italy

Language: Bilingual level or native in Italian, B2 level in English

Contract type: B2B, one year renewable


Qualifications and Responsibilities.

Here are some elements which will give you an idea about the position:


  • Good written and oral communication skills with clients and management.
  • Fully bilingual, English & German.
  • Hands-on experience in installing, and troubleshooting software and hardware.
  • Knowledge of enterprise LAN and WAN setups and concepts. Ability to perform smart hand activity under instruction-based activities at sites.
  • Skilled in desk-side support and PC break/fix including administration of Windows O/S up to Registry level.
  • Experience with Anti-spyware and Anti-virus software.
  • Knowledge of TCP/IP networking, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and RDP.
  • Smart hand support for peripheral and networking hardware, including, but not limited to monitors, keyboards, mice, printers, fax machines, scanners, routers, wireless routers, switches, firewalls, racks, cabinets, and multi-port data termination panels all under ‘Smart Hands’ capability.
  • Ability to work with deadlines and complete tasks on time.
  • Preferably with an associate degree in Electronics and CompTIA A+ / N+ Certification.
  • Meeting Rooms support - VC, Projectors etc.
  • Mobile systems and applications knowledge: Android, iPhones, iPad and tablets.
  • Should have knowledge of ITIL and Standard ITSM Tools like ServiceNow.
  • Knowledge and experience with patching and cabling of copper and fiber connectivity to devices.
  • Quick learner.
