Overview:

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Technical Support Associate for our team in the Greater Kolkata Area. This role involves assisting customers with desktop computers, laptops, and various smart devices. You will troubleshoot issues and leverage your analytical skills to resolve queries and complaints. Providing outstanding customer service is a key component of this position.

Qualifications:

• Strong technical support and troubleshooting skills
• Proficiency with desktop computers and smart devices
• Solid analytical skills
• Excellent customer support abilities
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Prior experience in a technical support role
• Familiarity with GWS, MS 365, Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud Platform
