You will lead a small service team, coordinate maintenance operations, and optimize workflows. Your Responsibilities 🚀 - Organize and coordinate the operation and maintenance of the Qwello charging infrastructure
- Assume responsibility for the system operator in accordance with DIN VDE 0105-100 and ensure the necessary operating procedures
- Manage and further develop a service team
- Collaborate in the implementation of service and construction measures
- Create deployment plans and optimize our work processes
- Analyse Data and generate reports
- Handle all internal processes regarding service and maintenance
- Coordinate external companies
- Ensure a smooth collaboration between the service team, parent company and management
Your Profile ✨- Completed vocational training in electrical engineering and further training as a master electrician, technician or comparable qualification
- Ability to troubleshoot software and hardware integration issues
- Eager to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving software tools
- We require several years of professional experience, initial management experience is desirable
- For you, leadership means knowing the way and wanting to take your employees with you on this path
- As a manager, you create transparency about goals and expectations and involve your employees with open, honest and, above all, constructive feedback
- Your organizational skills help you to optimize structures and work processes and establish these in the team - occupational safety is your top priority here
