Summary

Position: Technical Support Engineer , Location - Navi Mumbai


Job Profile:

Ø Technical Support for resolution of Gateway, PC Cards, Embedded modules/ASICs, customized solutions based on our network controller, protocol stack; Industry 4.0 & all Hilscher Products related queries of customers

Ø Troubleshoot, Research, Bug reporting, Diagnose, Document and Resolve technical issues.

Ø Evaluate communication technologies & implement solutions at customer end, prepare demo kits

Ø Prepare technical mailers for customers

Ø Provide response to requests for technical data, application data, test data and field issues

Ø To provide complete technical support and product training to all customers as well as internal team, channel partners.

Ø Provide a high level of technical support to the customer base with a high focus on business growth.

Ø Ready to travel throughout India for customer support, installations etc. as & when required

Ø Support to Sales & Marketing activities by providing product technical data


Technical Skills Preferred:

Ø Programming Language:  C, C++, Python, Node Red, Raspberry PI, API, SQL, Database, REST API, Docker Container etc.

Ø Protocol: UART, SPI, I2C, Profibus, Profinet, CANopen, Ethernet/IP, Modbus RTU, IO-Link ,OPC UA, MQTT etc.

Ø PLC/DCS/SCADA: Siemens, Rockwell, Schneider, ABB, Matrikon, Kepware, Codesys etc.

Ø Field device: Drives, Motion Controller, Robotics, MFMs, HMIS etc.

Ø Embedded Systems: Microcontroller/SOC/ASIC, ARM programming, STM32, PIC, NXP processor, PCB Layout

Ø Operating System: Windows, Linux

Ø Industry 4.0: SAP, IBM, Microsoft Azure Cloud Connector, Server Hosting, Dashboard, Data Base Management etc.
