Job Title: Technical Support Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive Technical Support Engineer to join our dynamic team. You’ll act as a key link between our Tech, Product, Sales, and Support teams, ensuring seamless integration and customer satisfaction. This is an ideal role for someone with strong communication skills and a foundational understanding of software development concepts.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison between Tech, Sales, Product, and Support teams
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues involving SDKs/APIs
• Guide customers through implementation across platforms (mobile, web, etc.)
• Clearly communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Collaborate closely with the CTO and Product Manager on high-impact customer cases

Required Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication skills — calm, confident, and persuasive
• Basic understanding of programming, coding, and debugging

Minimum Screening Criteria

Technical Understanding

• Clear grasp of SDKs, APIs, and product integrations
• Hands-on experience with at least two (2) of the following:
• JavaScript, ReactJS, Android (Kotlin), iOS (Swift), Flutter, React Native, Unity, Python
• Familiarity with multiple frameworks is highly preferred

Communication Skills

• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Ability to speak confidently and authoritatively about technical topics
• Knowledge of additional languages is a plus

Customer-Facing Experience

• Real-time customer support experience is mandatory (beyond just emails/texts)
• Prefer candidates with exposure to:
• Live calls, Demos, In-app or chat-based support
