Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality technical support to our clients, ensuring their technical issues are resolved efficiently and effectively. This role is crucial in maintaining client satisfaction and upholding our service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Assist clients in the setup and configuration of products.
• Document and track customer interactions and issues using a CRM ticketing system.
• Work closely with the development team to escalate unresolved issues and provide feedback on product performance.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide the best support possible.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Proven experience in a technical support role.
• CTS Certification is a plus.
• Familiarity with CRM ticketing systems.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP networking.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
