Responsibilities

  • Assist the implementation, maintenance, and support of debit and credit card systems
  • Collaborate with vendors, partners, and internal teams to deploy and enhance card-based solutions
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and payment industry protocols (e.g., EMV, PCI-DSS)
  • Provide technical during project execution and assist with troubleshooting and performance tuning
  • Monitor transaction flows, system performance, and conduct root cause analysis for any anomalies
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, workflows, and standard operating procedures


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Engineer in the banking technology sector
  • Proven expertise in: switching systems, debit and credit card operations, ATM networks, and EDC (Electronic Data Capture) systems.
  • Hands-on experience with payment network integration (Visa, Mastercard, NFS, NPCI, etc.)
  • Familiarity with core banking system integrations
