JOB DESCRIPTION

• Provide timely technical support to clients via calls, emails & remote connections within agreed SLA.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues of the products.
• Proactively follow up unresolved issues and escalate to the appropriate team.
• Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time.
• Maintain good relationships with clients.
• Stay between customer and product teams to coordinate activities.
• Develop and maintain back-end code using Node.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs with Express.js.
• Manage database operations using MySQL and Redis.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Maintain and improve the existing codebase for better usability and performance.
• Work on code documentation, ensuring that existing and newly developed code is well-structured, clear, and up to date.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and best practices.

REQUIREMENT

• Have a Bachelor’s Degree in software development related (Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Programming, MIS, etc.) fields.
• Strong experience in in JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Have at least a year of experience in supporting a software product or with Software Development teams.
• Experience with blockchain technology or willingness to learn.
• Knowledge of MySQL and Redis.
• Familiarity with Docker container structures.
• Solid understanding of Git and its commands for version control.
• Familiarity with VmWare ESXi.
• Familiarity with Debian Linux distribution.
• Able to work independently, can handle multiple tasks concurrently.
• Analytical, diagnostic mind-set and problem solving skills with a positive attitude.
• Have good debugging, troubleshooting and research skills, to find and implement the solution.
