Job Summary

Respond to customer inquiries and resolve technical issues related to software, hardware, and network systems.
Troubleshoot and diagnose problems using various tools and techniques.
Provide step-by-step guidance to customers to resolve issues.
Document customer interactions and issue resolutions.
Meet productivity and quality standards.
Requirements
0-2 years of experience in technical support, customer service, or a related field.
Strong technical skills in areas like operating systems, software applications, and hardware.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Good knowledge of Active Directory
Good knowledge of ITIL framework is a plus.
