Job Summary

Provide technical assistance and support to customers via phone, email, and chat. Troubleshoot technical issues, resolve problems, and escalate complex cases to senior support teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve technical issues related to software, hardware, and network systems.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose problems using various tools and techniques.
  • Provide step-by-step guidance to customers to resolve issues.
  • Document customer interactions and issue resolutions.
  • Meet productivity and quality standards.

Requirements

  • 0-2 years of experience in technical support, customer service, or a related field.
  • Strong technical skills in areas like operating systems, software applications, and hardware.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Good knowledge of Active Directory
  • Good knowledge of ITIL framework is a plus.
