We currently have contract opening for a Technical Support Analyst. The position is onsite for the first 3 to 6 months, with the option to turn hybrid (2 to 3 days onsite). Seeking someone with 3 to 5 years of enterprise technical support experience. Ideally you will have a well-rounded blend of technical infrastructure knowledge, call center environment expertise, and very good communication skills.


Key Qualifications and Skills:

  • Knowledge of technical infrastructure and end-user computing, including networking, telecom, broadband, hardware, software, and configuration
  • Strong understanding of call center environments, including applications, portals, telephony, and testing
  • Strategic thinker with enterprise-level experience in planning, analysis, design, implementation, and operations
  • Demonstrated experience in resolving complex technical issues quickly and maintaining strong professional relationships
  • Proven ability to build effective working relationships across business units, including call center teams, IT, and vendor partners
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills
  • Solid understanding of infrastructure platforms, services, and technical processes
  • Highly self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive approach to identifying and delivering appropriate solutions
  • Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft Windows, Mac, Mac OS, Windows Office Suite, and Outlook
  • Working knowledge of connectivity tools such as wireless, Cisco AnyConnect, and Citrix
  • Experience with Slack and Jira is a plus
