Requirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience or training in IT technologies, particularly Cloud, Office, Outlook, OneDrive, Exchange, SharePoint, Lync Server, Microsoft Windows
Critical and logical thinking for effective problem-solving
Empathy and professionalism when handling customer interactions
