Summary

Are you looking to start or grow your career in the technology and software industry? We’re hiring Technical Support Agents with fluent English and one of the following languages: Italian, Polish, Spanish, Hungarian, or Czech, to assist with a project for a leading global software development company.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience or training in IT technologies, particularly Cloud, Office, Outlook, OneDrive, Exchange, SharePoint, Lync Server, Microsoft Windows
  • Critical and logical thinking for effective problem-solving
  • Empathy and professionalism when handling customer interactions
