We've partnered with an Oxford-based AI start-up that is transforming developer tools. As they continue to grow, they are expanding their pre-sales function and are looking for a Technical Solutions Engineer to join the team.

About You

You've come from a Java development background and are keen to work in a start-up or scale-up environment. You have a deep understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC), DevOps, and DORA metrics, and you're confident presenting in both business and technical settings. You can write code yourself but also enjoy communicating with stakeholders, letting customers know what's realistic and what isn't and setting in motion the plan to deliver.

Key Requirements

• Computer Science degree with Java development experience
• Strong understanding of SDLC, DevOps, and DORA metrics
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins)
• Comfortable delivering product demos to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience in a B2B product environment within a start-up/scale-up
