Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Understanding customer requirements, drafting technical and financial proposals, and presenting these proposals effectively.
  • Implementing and customizing technology solutions to meet business objectives.
  • Training and guiding clients’ teams in the use of new systems and processes.
  • Providing technical expertise and resolving any issues faced by clients.
  • Perform implementation reviews. Advocate for new product features and provide client feedback to internal cross-functional teams.
  • Staying updated on the latest industry trends and technologies.
  • Travel as required to meet with specific partners/clients.

Job Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a role that combined technical expertise with customer-facing responsibilities, such as technical sales, business analysis, or consulting.
  • Familiarity with software development methodologies and technology stack.
  • Certifications that demonstrate expertise in project management (e.g., PMP), business analysis (e.g., CBAP), or specific technologies.
  • Experience in managing projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
  • Proven track record of presenting technical and financial information to a non-technical audience.
  • Experience in negotiation, as the role may involve discussing terms and conditions of contracts with clients.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. The candidate must be able to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate the challenges that arise during the proposal process.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including technical, sales, and management teams.
