mroads is looking for a "Technical Solutions Architect" for one of the direct clients. This is a remote opportunity with the client.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Technical Solutions Architect with strong hands-on experience in Dynatrace to design, implement, and optimize scalable monitoring solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in system architecture, data validation, reporting, and system integrations. You must be adept at understanding how systems work end-to-end and translating technical requirements into actionable architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement comprehensive monitoring solutions using Dynatrace across complex systems.
• Architect scalable and maintainable system designs, including data flow, integration points, and reporting capabilities.
• Create and maintain solution architecture diagrams and detailed documentation.
• Perform system analysis to understand and optimize workflows, bottlenecks, and dependencies.
• Ensure accurate data validation and build automated reporting frameworks to monitor system health and performance.
• Integrate Dynatrace with other enterprise systems and tools for holistic observability and alerting.
• Collaborate with engineering, DevOps, and product teams to drive adoption and continuous improvement of observability practices.
• Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis for performance and availability issues using Dynatrace insights.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Technical Solutions Architect or in a similar architectural role.
• Strong hands-on experience with Dynatrace, including setup, configuration, and dashboard/report creation.
• Expertise in designing and documenting complex system architectures and solution diagrams.
• Solid understanding of system integrations, data validation techniques, and reporting standards.
• Ability to analyze system behavior and recommend optimizations or improvements.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in financial services or hospitality industries is preferred, along with the ability to understand and map complex system workflows.
