Inside Technical Service Representative


Spears Manufacturing Company is seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient Inside Technical Service Representative to join our team in the Bolingbrook area. As a key member of our Technical Services Department, you will play a crucial role in supporting our customers and driving sales growth.


Key Responsibilities:


Technical Support: Provide expert technical advice and troubleshooting assistance to customers, engineers, contractors, and other industry professionals.


Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of Spears' product line, including applications, installation, and operation.


Customer Service: Build strong relationships with customers and respond promptly to inquiries and requests.


Training and Education: Conduct product training sessions and presentations to educate customers and sales teams.


Administrative Tasks: Manage administrative tasks, including maintaining records, generating reports, and tracking customer interactions.

 

Qualifications:

 

Technical Expertise: Strong technical background in plumbing, mechanical engineering, or a related field.


Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze complex technical problems and develop effective solutions.


Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with diverse audiences.


Customer Focus: A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and building long-lasting relationships.


Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities.


Computer Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
