Our international IT Hub in Sofia, Bulgaria is growing. You will be able to work with different teams within the PHOENIX Group in Europe, being involved in projects related to SAP, Security, Infrastructure, Cloud, Network, OCC, Business Intelligence, ERP, and CRM Solutions. You will have the chance to participate in the development of projects and products that are diverse, visible, interesting, and for the public welfare and health. You will work in an international environment and culture with a constant exchange of onsite-/offsite knowledge.


We are looking for a Technical Service Manager to join our international team in Sofia.


Tasks:


  • Responsible for the stable, secure and supported operation of SharePoint Online, Teams, Power Platform, Planisware, Typo3, Adobe Sign, M-files and Robotic Automation solution together with the respective support teams
  • Coordination of changes to the existing environment with the internal team, service providers and countries
  • Manage service Risks and the coordination of Incidents and Problems towards resolution
  • Perform monthly Service reporting and Key Performance Indicators analysis, present to the Service Owner, Stakeholders and Business Partners
  • Own service documentation development, ensure availability and regular updates
  • Regular analysis of the service landscape and recommend optimizations to meet the business requirements (availability, capacity, performance, lifecycle, security, etc.)
  • Close collaboration with stakeholders and platform architects to optimize solutions
  • Drive cross-team and cross-domain initiatives to optimize service operations, R&R alignment
  • Shape the existing service landscape and bring it to the next level.


Requirements:


  • Successfully completed study of business information technology, information technology or comparable education
  • Several years of technical and service management/architecture experience in a demanding IT environment
  • Multi-annual work experience in a multinational environment
  • Team player with quick apprehension, precise and structured way of working, as well as analytical and conceptual mindset
  • Strong information technology understanding and self-drive for improvement
  • Commitment, customer orientation and strong communication skills
  • Very good knowledge of ITSM processes and best practices
  • Excellent command in English (written and spoken) - Knowledge of German language would be a nice to have
  • Highly preferred: service management related experience with M365 applications/services
  • Nice to have: ITIL certification
