Technical School Intern (Part Time) in GAC Van Nuys Unique Skills: Participant must be enrolled in an accredited aviation training program and in good standing with training institution. Must be outgoing and willing to work in a team environment. Knowledge of aircraft theory and systems preferred. This is a Part Time Position. Education: * Enrolled in a Part 147 school. * Preferred: Enrolled in Airframe and Powerplant certification program * Good standing with the school. * Have reliable transportation for the duration of the internship. * Must have high school diploma or GED from an accredited institution. Strong mechanical aptitude and A&P coursework preferred. Flexible Work hours based on class schedule Currently enrolled in certified A&P technical school program. Candidate must be enrolled and in good standing in an accredited school with a primary focus on "Airframe + Powerplant" or Avionics training. The compensation range for this role is: $21.50 - 23.00 per Hour Final compensation for this role will be determined by several factors including but not limited to; minimum and preferred qualifications, knowledge, skills, abilities, education, experience and location.
