・建築・建築設計のバックグラウンドをお持ちの方

・フィールド経験があり、お客様の課題に対して柔軟に提案できる方

・自ら営業戦略を立て、実行できる主体性のある方（自由度の高い環境を用意しています）

・ヨーロッパ系企業との仕事に興味のある日本在住の方

・柔軟な働き方を望む方

・英語力（TOEIC600点以上目安）：完璧でなくても構いませんが、英語での基本的なやり取りが可能な方

ポジションの特徴：

・働き方： フレックスタイム制（1日10時間程度を目安に自己管理）。残業は強制せず、ワークライフバランスを重視しています。

・海外出張： 年に2回程度の海外出張あり（各1週間程度）。

　　　展示会、トレーニング、海外本社訪問など。

・顧客層： 建築設計事務所、工務店、デベロッパー、エンジニアリング会社など。

[Position: Technical Sales – Building Solutions]

We are seeking a motivated and independent technical sales professional to join our team, with a passion for delivering innovative solutions in the building industry. Our focus includes timber and hybrid structures, offering comprehensive systems that cover structural connections, waterproofing, soundproofing, fire resistance, and safety solutions.

Who We’re Looking For:

•Background in architecture or building design

•Field experience with a practical mindset and ability to offer solutions tailored to client needs

•Self-driven and capable of creating and executing your own sales strategy

•Based in Japan and interested in working with a European company

•Values flexibility and a healthy work-life balance

•English communication skills (TOEIC 600+ preferred).

Fluency is not required – we offer a free in-house language training program to support your growth after joining the team.

Position Highlights:

•Flexible workstyle: Around 10 hours per day with no compulsory overtime. Work time is self-managed – we prioritize work-life balance.

•Overseas business trips: About 2 trips per year, each lasting roughly one week. This includes exhibitions, trainings, and visits to our HQ in Europe or Asia.

•Client base: Architects, contractors, developers, and engineering firms engaged in wood, steel, or concrete building projects.
