We are currently partnering with a leading global food ingredient manufacturer who is looking for an experienced Regional Technical Sales Manager to join its regional team based in Bangkok. This role is ideal for someone with deep technical expertise in food ingredients and applications, and a passion for collaborating closely with commercial teams and customers across the APAC region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead hands-on trials and application work across categories such as snacks, sauces, and baked goods
• Partner with commercial teams to deliver technical solutions, support product rollouts, and troubleshoot customer challenges
• Develop new ingredient applications and tailor solutions based on customer needs and market insights
• Support key accounts through workshops, product demos, and technical trainings
• Mentor junior technical team members and contribute to regional knowledge sharing
• Stay connected with research institutions to ensure alignment with scientific advancements and regional trends

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Food Science, Food Chemistry, or a related field
• Min. 10 years of experience in food R&D or applications, ideally within the ingredient or manufacturing sectors
• Deep understanding of how plant-based ingredients (e.g. starches, proteins) function in food systems
• Experience in bakery, savory, or snacks segments is a plus
• Strong communicator with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally across technical and commercial teams
• Fluent in English, with experience working in a multicultural environment
