Job Title: Technical Sales Support Executive (Pre-Post Technical Sales Support)

Overview

Provide comprehensive technical sales support before and after sales, assisting customers with technical inquiries, product evaluations, and troubleshooting. The primary focus is to enhance customer satisfaction, drive sales, and strengthen relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pre-Sales Support:
    • Consult with potential customers to understand their technical requirements and provide customized product recommendations
    • Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to showcase the benefits and capabilities of company offerings
    • Prepare technical bid proposals and respond to customer inquiries regarding product specifications and configurations
  • Post-Sales Support:
    • Provide technical assistance to customers via phone, email, and online troubleshooting platforms
    • Analyze and diagnose customer issues and provide timely and effective solutions
    • Conduct training and education initiatives to enhance customer knowledge and product utilization
  • Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams
    • Monitor customer feedback and identify opportunities for product improvement
    • Collaborate with sales teams to develop and execute effective go-to-market strategies
Technical Skills

  • Expertise in the company's product portfolio and its technical specifications
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing, software architecture, and networking principles
  • Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to products
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and colleagues

Required Qualifications

  • Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 0-1 years of experience in technical sales support or a related role
  • Certified in relevant technical areas (e.g., AWS, Azure, Salesforce)
