About the Role

As our Technical Sales Representative / Sales Engineer, you’ll play a vital role in driving revenue growth and establishing strong customer relationships. This hybrid role combines sales expertise with technical knowledge to deliver impactful solutions and drive customer success.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation: Proactively identify and reach out to potential customers in target industries.
  • Follow-Up: Build and nurture relationships with leads, moving them through the sales pipeline.
  • Technical Pitches: Deliver compelling presentations and demos tailored to customer needs.
  • Proposal Writing: Develop detailed, customized proposals that address customer challenges and highlight ROI.
  • Collaboration: Partner with the engineering team to ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Market Insights: Provide feedback to improve products and refine sales strategies.


What We’re Looking For
  • Technical Knowledge: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, robotics, life sciences, or related field preferred.
  • Sales Acumen: 2+ years of sales or business development experience, preferably in robotics, automation, or lab automation.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to explain complex technical solutions to diverse audiences.
  • Customer Focus: Passionate about understanding and solving customer challenges.
  • Self-Starter: Driven, proactive, and capable of working independently.
  • Industry Experience: Familiarity with life sciences, pharmaceuticals, or lab automation is a plus.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as needed.
