Weatherford is seeking an experienced and driven MPD/UBD Technical Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will leverage your extensive product knowledge and operational expertise to proactively sell our cutting-edge tools, technologies, and services within the MPD/UBD segment. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs, and positioning our solutions to key decision-makers within their organizations. A deep understanding of MPD/UBD technologies are essential for this role.
Responsibilities
Maintain the highest standards of corporate governance, ensuring all activities are carried out ethically, in compliance with Weatherford's policies, relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
Prioritize quality, health, safety, security, and environmental protection, continuously seeking improvement and exceeding customer expectations.
Effectively utilize available technologies to streamline operations and enhance customer service.
Collaborate with internal resources to solve customer issues and provide exceptional service quality.
Develop and present compelling value propositions, solutions, and pitches to customers through formal and informal channels.
Identify opportunities for new products and services, liaising with Weatherford's internal teams to drive innovation.
Achieve annual revenue targets through strategic sales planning, growth strategies, and effective negotiation skills.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance your knowledge and skills.
Demonstrate leadership, ethical behavior, and adherence to Weatherford's standards at all times.
Requirements
3 years of industry technical, and/or operational experience.
3 years of sales experience.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Ability to quickly gain a broad-based knowledge of Weatherford's products and services
