Weatherford is seeking an experienced and driven MPD/UBD Technical Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will leverage your extensive product knowledge and operational expertise to proactively sell our cutting-edge tools, technologies, and services within the MPD/UBD segment. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs, and positioning our solutions to key decision-makers within their organizations. A deep understanding of MPD/UBD technologies are essential for this role.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the highest standards of corporate governance, ensuring all activities are carried out ethically, in compliance with Weatherford's policies, relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Prioritize quality, health, safety, security, and environmental protection, continuously seeking improvement and exceeding customer expectations.
• Effectively utilize available technologies to streamline operations and enhance customer service.
• Collaborate with internal resources to solve customer issues and provide exceptional service quality.
• Develop and present compelling value propositions, solutions, and pitches to customers through formal and informal channels.
• Identify opportunities for new products and services, liaising with Weatherford's internal teams to drive innovation.
• Achieve annual revenue targets through strategic sales planning, growth strategies, and effective negotiation skills.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance your knowledge and skills.
• Demonstrate leadership, ethical behavior, and adherence to Weatherford's standards at all times.
  
  

Requirements

• 3 years of industry technical, and/or operational experience.
• 3 years of sales experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to quickly gain a broad-based knowledge of Weatherford's products and services
