About the Role



As Viacon Romania SRL, we are looking for a Technical Sales Representative to cover the area listed below:


  • Bucharest, Ilfov, Ialomita, Calarasi, Constanta, Tulcea




Responsibilities



  • Prospects offline, online and directly in the assigned area, identifies information about potential customers, qualifies leads and requests discussed/received;
  • Conducts meetings with existing and/or potential customers as planned and records their results in the CRM;
  • Represents the company in relation to customers, as well as with any partners or associations in the field for promoting the image and transmitting specific information about the company and its services;
  • Calls and periodically visits existing customers;
  • Prepares the offer and presents it to potential customers personalized according to requests/needs;
  • Negotiates and remakes offers as the case may be, negotiates and drafts sales contracts within the approved limits;
  • Provides permanent assistance during the delivery, installation of equipment and solutions contracted by its customers;
  • Participates in the events organized by the company, respectively local, national or international exhibition events, PR workshops and networking events or any other related events that can support their own activity;
  • Knows in detail the products and services offered by the company: all categories of integrated materials and solutions, their advantages and specifications, the services provided and how they can be insured for the benefit of customers;
  • constantly and consistently records in the CRM application its own activity, collected and processed data;
  • Prepares daily, weekly and monthly reports on sales activity, requested by the Commercial Director;
  • Follows up with customers in order to collect the uncollected amounts according to the terms and conditions of the contract



Qualifications



  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales (a plus represents sales in the Retail, B2B area; ideally in infrastructure field, in geotechnical solutions and/or bridges/culverts)
  • Completed higher education; (Ideally University degree in related fields like CFDP)
  • English language – medium level; Romanian as mother tongue
  • Category B car license
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office operation


  • Experience in creating, maintaining and growing a portfolio of clients;
  • Ability to easily build relationships with clients and colleagues, to build effective long-term relationships;
  • Very good negotiation, communication, presentation skills;
  • Ability to make decisions easily, take responsibility for decisions and initiate actions;
  • Ability to work independently but also in a team;
  • Energetic, organized and results-oriented person;
  • Advantage of sales courses, negotiation carried out
