The Role: Technology Sales Manager
As a Technology Sales Manager at Molaprise, you will be responsible for generating new business, managing client accounts, and driving the sales process from discovery to close. You’ll work closely with internal technical teams and vendor partners (like Microsoft and Cisco) to position solutions that help our clients meet their business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline targeting SMB and mid-market clients.
- Identify customer needs through discovery and consultative selling, aligning Molaprise solutions with business objectives.
- Present tailored proposals and solution demos in collaboration with technical pre-sales support.
- Drive the sales process from lead qualification to closing, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate forecasting.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and marketing teams to support go-to-market strategies and client onboarding.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and technology partner offerings (especially Microsoft and Cisco).
- Maintain accurate CRM records and prepare regular reports on sales activity and performance.
Qualifications:
- 4–6 years of B2B technology sales experience, preferably within IT consulting, cloud, or cybersecurity services.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, Cisco, or similar platforms.
- Proven ability to manage a full sales cycle and consistently meet or exceed targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience using CRM and sales enablement tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with public sector or enterprise sales environments.
- Certifications or sales training related to Microsoft or Cisco offerings.
- Exposure to partner-led sales motions or vendor-aligned selling strategies.
