Summary

About the role Join an established Geohazard and Rope Access contractor, which thrives on long-term and repeat clients. You will have autonomy and career development opportunities leading the implementation of the business development strategy for California, with support from the broader business of passionate leaders, corporate services and operations teams.    About you You’ll bring technical expertise in geohazard construction/ground engineering and a collaborative, solutions-focused approach that builds trust and long-term client relationships. You are a strong communicator who constructively engage with a broad range of clients, designers and stakeholders.   • Proven track record building collaborative stakeholder relationships
  • Knowledge of ground engineering, slope stabilisation methodologies and drilling
  • Outstanding communication, influencing and negotiation skills
  • Currently holds or is eligible to obtain a California licences as Responsible Managing Employee (RME)
