What You’ll Do:
🔹 Lead and manage proposal activities across cross-functional teams
🔹 Translate complex RFQs into compelling solutions that win bids
🔹 Build trusted relationships with key clients through consistent communication and onsite visits
🔹 Scout new business, contribute to strategy and keep a finger on the competitive pulse
🔹 Present solution offerings confidently and clearly to clients
What You Bring:
✅ 1+ year experience in Sales (Automotive preferred)
✅ Strong communication, presentation & multitasking skills
✅ Analytical mindset with a passion for solving technical problems
✅ Familiarity with MS Office; knowledge of B2B/project management is a plus
✅ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
🚗 Willing to travel (30%), valid driver’s license required
Location: Shelby Township, MI
