At LottieFiles, we’re looking for a person with a blend of tech, storytelling and strategy to help customers find the perfect solution. You’ll work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs, craft tailored demos and create proof-of-concepts (POCs) that wow.
Once customers are on board, you’ll guide them through onboarding, ensure smooth adoption, and identify opportunities for expansion. You’ll also be the vital link between sales, product, and customer feedback, helping shape our roadmap and competitive strategy.

Job Responsibilities
Pre-Sales Technical Validation & Strategy
Collaborate with the sales team to assess customer needs and map them to the best-fit Lottiefiles solutions.
Conduct technical discovery calls to evaluate requirements and ensure feasibility.
Lead the development of proof-of-concepts (POCs) and technical demonstrations tailored to customer use cases.
Build technical sales enablement materials, including battle cards and objection-handling frameworks.
Deliver compelling product demos and walkthrough that showcase LottieFiles capabilities and value.
Create and maintain technical sales content to educate and support sales teams.
Post-Sales & Expansion
Provide onboarding and implementation guidance to new customers, ensuring seamless adoption.
Identify upsell and expansion opportunities by analyzing customer usage and feedback.
Foster customer advocacy by building relationships and gathering testimonials or case studies.
Act as a feedback loop between customers, sales and product teams to enhance the product experience.
Sales & Product Alignment
Gather and relay product feedback from the field to drive continous improvement.
Work closely with product and sales teams to align messaging, roadmap priorities and featuring positioning.
Develop strategies to differentiate LottieFiles in the market through unique value propositions.
Analyze competitors and position LottieFiles strategically to highlight competitive advantages.
Required Qualifications
Should have 3 to 5 years of experience in pre-sales, solutions engineering, sales engineering or technical product role.
Experience in SaaS, animation, design, or creative technology is a strong plus.
Strong background in technical sales enablement, solution mapping and product demonstrations.
Hands-on experience with customer onboarding, implementations, and expansion strategies.
Prior experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Marketing teams.
Experience in competitive positioning, market differentiation, and objection handling in a B2B or B2BC setting.
Nice to have
Prior experience in an enterprise environment with customer-facing responsibilities, including conducting calls, demos and troubleshooting sessions.
Must be located in or around a North American time zone.
