Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Sales Engineer at HSA ASIA SDN BHD. The Technical Sales Engineer will be responsible for technical sales, providing support, communication with clients, sales engineering, and sales activities.

Responsibilities:

• The Sales Engineer will plan and conduct all Pre-Sales activities and expand on company current customer base.
• Regularly engage with M&E consultants, Water Treatment contractor and Water Authority in each state in Malaysia towards building a strong Sales Pipeline.
• To complete the Sales Process and to achieve Sales Targets.
• Responsible for all Sales activities in Malaysia.
• Work closely and build relationships with customers
• Provide technical support when needed
• Develop initiative sales strategy

Qualifications:

• Technical Sales, Sales Engineering, and Sales skills
• Technical Support and Communication skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• Previous experience in technical sales or a similar role
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering
• 3+ years of relevant experience
• Strong negotiation skills
• Interpersonal skills
