Your Role at a Glance

• Partner with leading developers to understand regional technical and commercial requirements
• Deliver tailored technical presentations and solutions to clients and industry stakeholders
• Lead the creation and negotiation of complex technical proposals
• Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Commercial teams
• Assess risks early and develop effective mitigation strategies
• Monitor industry trends and turn insights into strategic action
• Promote best practices in safety, environmental responsibility, and performance
• Contribute to the evolution of internal sales processes and digital tools
• Travel occasionally for client meetings, events, and site inspections

What You Bring

Background:

• Degree in Engineering or a similar technical discipline

Professional Experience:

• Relevant background in infrastructure, energy, or renewables projects
• Prior experience in the wind sector is advantageous

Core Skills:

• Strong ability to craft, deliver, and negotiate technical sales proposals
• Confident in interpreting customer needs and aligning solutions accordingly
• Solid grasp of the European energy landscape

Soft Skills:

• Proactive communicator, collaborative mindset, and solution-focused
• Highly organized with a keen eye for detail

Languages:

• Fluency in portugese is essential; English B2-C1
